Nikola Cavic

Nikola Cavic is the Head of Business Development at Nordeus where he is currently managing all aspects of business development and publishing. Prior to Nordeus, he spent 5 years with CCP Games where he was responsible for sales and global distribution of EVE Online and has been involved in a number of international projects with global leaders in the gaming industry. Nikola joined Nordeus in February 2012 and has been playing a key role in Top Eleven's international expansion and corporate development ever since. Nordeus is the developer and publisher of Top Eleven - Be a Football Manager, the most popular social sports game in the world, with over 10 million active users. Nikola holds an M.S. degree in International Business & Marketing from the University of Reykjavik.

Hussein Chahine

Holding a degree in Mathematics and Computing from Kingston University, he has always been passionate about IT and innovation. In 2003 Hussein founded Signature Technologies, a UK company that delivers innovative IT solutions for clients including UPS, the Daily Mail Group, iii.co.uk, AbsolutePoker.com and StanJames.com. Hussein’s IT innovation track record together with his experience at Signature Technologies inspired him to found Yazino in 2009.

Jean-Vincent ’JV’ Chardon

From an ad-serving and online advertising background, JV has worked for Keljob.com in Paris before moving to London in 2004 to join Microsoft Advertising where he took an early interest in emerging media. Particularly keen on exploring gaming advertising opportunities since then, he's been involved with in-game advertising platform JOGO media and sports game publisher Greentube before joining Tapjoy in 2011 to develop relationships with apps developers across EMEA. Tapjoy is the leader in discovery, engagement and monetization services for mobile applications; its in-app advertising platform helps developers acquire cost-effective, high-value new users, drive engagement within their applications and create incremental income by providing an ad-funded virtual currency based payment method.

Oscar Clark



Oscar Clark, Evangelist for Applifer, has been involved with putting social and games together since 1998. His career has been at the cutting edge of online, mobile and console social games and includes roles at British Telecom (Wireplay), RealNetworks, Hutchinson Whampoa (3UK), NVIDIA, Sony’s PlayStation Home and Papaya Mobile. His career has focused on conceiving, bringing to market and managing operationally games services whilst work with an evangelising to Game Developers worldwide. Richard Firminger

Michael Hug studied music in Munich and Boston/MA. In the following years he worked as freelance composer and arranger for the advertising industry in Chicago/IL. Since 2000 he is back in Europe and based in Berlin. In 2005 he established TON & SPOT audiodesign, a recording studio and music production company specializing in music and sound design for corporate communication and games. For several years Michael is continually asked by various game development studios to design sound concepts for a wide range of casino style games - experiencing the evolution from eprom-driven wall-mounted units to computerized multigame casino hardware to virtual social/mobil casinos on a first hand basis.

Raf Keustermans

Raf is a social games veteran with a background in gambling. He worked most recently as a strategic consultant for social and mobile game studios. Prior to that, Raf served as global marketing director for leading social game studio EA Playfish. Before Playfish, he headed up the European arm of EA's successful casual games platform Pogo.com. As Chief Marketing Officer at Spanish low-cost airline Vueling, he succeeded in turning the start-up into a cool and reputable million-euro brand, and as CEO at fashion label Custo Barcelona, he had direct responsibility over finance, marketing, sales, operations and product functions. Diego Meller



Diego Meller is a co-founder of Jampp, a Latin American gaming monetization and distribution platform. The company launched in 2010 as a social games studio (Atommica) and then developed Jampp which is now its main business. Over the past 10 years Tony has raised over £15m in VC funding, started 4 companies and had 2 successful exits. Most recently Tony founded GamesGRABR a consumer games site that that marries the power and usability of a ‘Pinterest’ style UI with instant play and buy capabilities aimed at gamers. Previously Tony founded a games company called TeePee Games, a consumer portal that allows players to discover and play games across social networks and the web. Tony was the CEO and Co-Founder of Player X and spearheaded the company from a four person start-up in 2004 and developed it into Europe's largest mobile games distributor. The company was named by Library House as the fourth fastest growing VC backed company in the UK before it was acquired by Spanish mobile content company ZED in April 2009 Tony is also the co-founder of an executive networking event called the Centurions which is aimed at the digital entertainment industry and takes place every two months in London along with events in New York, Istanbul and Munich.

His experience covers a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Leisure and the Drinks industry. Jamison Selby is a game industry executive, entrepreneur and consultant with a wide-ranging background across the entertainment industry. His Monkey King Games consultancy drives strategy and design for clients worldwide. As Vice President of Sales at Socialtype, he leveraged social media to drive exponentially powerful peer-to-peer customer acquisition. Prior to that he served as Senior Producer at TimePlay Entertainment, creating a new generation of locationbased multiplayer gaming. He adapted the hit game show Deal or no Deal into a live, pay-to-play stage show where the entire audience gets to play. He was also a key creative and producer on The Real Deal, a live interactive stage show at the Venetian Las Vegas, where the audience faced off against the world champions of poker. George Zaloom

Prior to Goplay, Zaloom founded FaceChipz.com and giantHello.com – two safe social networks for tweens. He was also Head of Business development for X17online.com -- the largest online paparazzi agency in the world. Preceding his tech career, Zaloom was senior executive at DreamWorks where he supervised the hit animated film “Kung Fu Panda.” He also ran ZM Productions, a major independent film company specializing in non-fiction and family entertainment. At ZM Zaloom produced the motion picture Encino Man, ABC’s Wonderful World of Disney, Martha Stewart Living and the Emmy winning documentary Hearts of Darkness.
